Probably Grienke in Game 1, Verlander Game 2, and Cole in Game 3. That would permit Grienke to pitch Game 5 and Verlander to pitch Game 6 and Cole to pitch Game 7 on regular/extended rest. That just leaves game 4. Not ideal, but it's all do or die at that point anyway.
