I haven't followed the intricacies of this issue, but I have a lot of nerd in me. For those that have followed it, do you know:
1. What is the selection criteria for being a strike? Part of the ball touching the line, half of the ball, all of the ball or something else?
2. I assume it must be tailored to the batter, how do they plan on dealing with this?
It would be interesting if the varied the selection criteria, and let both teams know before the game started, just to add some spice. You know, "Today, the zone will be as wide as possible (any part of the ball), or as tight as possible (all of the ball)"
