Chuck has generally been a font of knowledge about regional Latin American slang variations in the past.

Oye manito, voy a cogerme a una gordita, o dos por si acaso.

I have mentioned before that the Mexicans and especially those from the capital are the undisputed vanguardists of Spanish slang. No one else is close. I usually have no idea what the hell is going on when I listen to slang infused Mexican speech. Oddly enough, I'll be in Mexico tomorrow so I'll have a chance to polish up a bit, buey.

I should turn this game on. Are the fans there properly equipped with horns and drums and noisemakers of any and all imaginable variety? Are there actual bands - percussion, brass, both - seated together here and there in the stadium? I certainly hope so.
