Predictions for 2019 Astros

I find Dan Szymborski's predictions fairly entertaining and as accurate as any. His computer thinks Kyle Tucker will turn the corner this year, which would be great, and Wade Miley will not be a big impact, unless the Astros's staff work their magic. Gurriell is projected to be on the bench a lot, especially if Tucker takes off.

I think that is not the first time I've seen Altuve compared to Billy Herman.

Baseball reference has a thing at the bottom of the page that they call "most similar by age" .  Altuve's 22 season was Rod Carew, 23 was Jerry Browne, 24,25,26,27 were all Billy Herman, and 28 was Harvey Kuenn.  Herman was the 3rd most similar player for his 28 season.

I'm not even sure how Tucker gets the opportunity to succeed at the major league level this season unless there is an injury, the Astros trade an outfielder, or Reddick totally falls apart.  With Kemp and Marisnick, the Astros seem to have a pretty full outfield with guys who don't have options.
