If you want to know the reason he cannot stop smiling, the answer is easy. Stanton’s AB in the 9th against Kimbrell with the bases loaded and no out in Game 4 is now the worst AB in the history of baseball.
Often wrong, but never in doubt.

He wore the crown for so long.

Indeed he did, but he is now free.

Well, just based on the technical merits, I think that Maldonado's AB the other day may have been worse. But because Stanton's occurred in a situation that was so much more important, and because his stature as a Yankee god among men is so great, his AB is the clear winner.
I remember all the good times me 'n Miller enjoyed
Up and down the M1 in some luminous yo-yo toy
But the future has to change - and to change I've got to destroy
Oh look out Lennon here I come - land ahoy-hoy-hoy

Maldonado’s was not even close.

Stanton looks like the new A-Rod.

Truby deserves a dishonorable mention here.
You may ask yourself, "How do I work this?"

Seriously.  Fuck this thread and all it's negative waves.
Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak; courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen.

I'm pretty sure Stanton, C4 and Truby will not factor into this game, and I care a whole lot more about Machete behind the plate than next to it.
