This team is lost beyond all lost at the plate, getting shut down by the worst pitcher in professional baseball and now a strikeout machine against a guy who can’t strike out anyone.
The rules of distinction were thrown out with the baseball cap.  It does not lend itself to protocol.  It is found today on youth in homes, classrooms, even in fine restaurants.  Regardless of its other consequences, this is a breach against civility.  A civilized man should avoid this mania.

Not sure what Altuve was thinking there. Just kinda stood there and watched Gordon stumble and limp with the ball at his feet.

So Leake’s career high in strike outs is four. He had seven on the season. Naturally, he has seven tonight. In four innings.

Season high was 4, not his career high.  9 walks and 8 Ks coming into tonight.  Stros naturally have 0 BB and 7 K through 4.
You may ask yourself, "How do I work this?"

Took away a home run...threw out a guy at the plate. It could be a lot worse for Cole.

If he could just put balls in play...with his speed...

The two fastest guys on the team are striking out half the time.

Much less stressful win than game 1, that’s for sure.

Harden and Gordon went 5-31 from the field and they won by 20.  They're pretty, pretty good.

This is the Astros offense I remember.  Really nice to see, if only for an inning.
You may ask yourself, "How do I work this?"

And Reddick gunning down a player at home early in the game was huge, too.
