I was there.  It was so strange.  It wasn't until the 7th or 8th inning that anyone at the stadium even realized that a no-hitter was going on.

How far they have come indeed...  We even get to watch them on TV now!

I watched that one at a buddy's wedding reception on a 6" TV.  As you can imagine, all the guys were surrounding the TV and the gals were not happy.

That season's combo of Lidge, Dotel and Wagner was pretty special.  Those guys were all shutdown.

I was just thinking that it would be nice to have such a reliable combo this season.
