I think with no DH they think it is better to sit him like last night and play Bregman at 3B.

He will PH probably for pitcher like last night when/if needed.

Altuve lines out to RF

The rules of distinction were thrown out with the baseball cap.  It does not lend itself to protocol.  It is found today on youth in homes, classrooms, even in fine restaurants.  Regardless of its other consequences, this is a breach against civility.  A civilized man should avoid this mania.

Say, that reminds me. I was at my team's game the other day and one of our regular starters, guy named Alfin, was injured and not playing. I had seen Alfin on the field in street clothes walking around with a curious gate. I asked one of the guys what's the deal. He paused for a moment before saying, Vietnamese flower. I think traditionally that would be syphilis but I was made to believe our guy's got gonorrhea.

Anyway, I mention this mainly because Alfin now walks almost exactly like Chris Devinski.

I think you're supposed to give yourself to a higher power. Like the BBGs, or Spack.

I believe there ought to be a constitutional amendment outlawing AstroTurf and the designated hitter. I believe in the sweet spot, soft-core pornography, opening your presents Christmas morning rather than Christmas Eve and I believe in long, slow, deep, torture of Bud Selig.

Will Donald Trump work?  Donald Trump says that statistically the Whiskey Rebellion was the first Tea Party.

Absolutely.  Not a very good game, is it?

The GZ discussion has been more interesting.

That's a bad sign.

Games in the AL East are painfully slow.  Rays and Red Sox just going to T8 now, started 5 minutes after the Astros game.  Almost exactly the same last night.

I hate missing entire games due to work (I'm sure I'm not alone) but reading these threads on my breaks here and there help tremendously (far more than the current box score). Keep up the good work fellas, I hope to join you here and there soon!
