Valbuena should only play 3B when Marwin is playing first.

Damn, this is awful. Another giant fucking hole to dig out of.  It's very hard to stick with this team, for me at least.

Gomez should only play CF for another team.

He wants to retire a Brewer, so we may have to trade him back before his contract runs out at the end of the season.

Crap, I just got home and turned on the TV, and we're already down 2-0.
I remember all the good times me 'n Miller enjoyed
Up and down the M1 in some luminous yo-yo toy
But the future has to change - and to change I've got to destroy

It's actually only 1-0, but it does feel at least 2-0, maybe even 4-0.

Good point. I guess I'm just in the habit of seeing the worst now. "I see dead teams."

Correa watches so many cookies early in the count.

In a team full of disappointments, he is near the top.

He's trying to break the team's slump all by himself.

I'm glad that got through, but I've got to think there are several third basemen who would have turned that ball into a double play. Still, it was a good AB by Correa, laying off of some pitches that he's been flailing at lately.

Now runs on a balk, a wild pitch, and a home run that may not have been a home run.

This offense is on fire.

Well, the Springer shot was *definitely* a home run.

It was a perfectly good pitch. And I thought ball two was a nice, two-strike pitch, also.

Harris has been great. Fun to watch.

Was White a total spaz when he was hot early on?  He is one of the most jittery hitters I can recall.

If Castro can put together a hot streak like that after looking so terrible earlier on, I guess there's hope for anyone.

White since April 21st - .057/.111/.057.  That's an OPS of .168.  It's almost hard to read something that low.

I'm a little surprised White and Singleton haven't switched places. The latter has been more productive lately.

I can't imagine White will stay in the Big Leagues much longer.
