With Danny Worth's homer in the top of the 2nd putting Houston up 1-0, Astros now with 17 homers in 11 games this spring versus just 3 longballs allowed by the pitching staff.

Defense has also been excellent this spring with just 2 errors thru the 1st 10 games. Marisnick had a nice diving catch in this game to take away a hit.

2B Tony Kemp boots grounder on the first hitter. Cabrera whiffs the next two, including Matt Carpenter. Diaz doubles for Cards' first hit of day as the no-hitter busted after 5 2/3. 2-1 Astros as the unearned run scores.

AJ Reed leads off T7 as PH for Bert Pena. Flies out off of Jonathan Broxton (Sparks wants to see sumo match between Broxton and Reed). Aplin grounds out. Teo Hernandez doubles (routine FB lost in the sun by Tommy Pham). Tyler White PHs for Moran. Singles to score Hernandez for 3rd Astros run! Kemp up for first AB of game, grounds out to end frame.

Matt Duffy continues XBH streak (all 4 hits this spring are either homers or doubles), 2-bagger off Kevin Siegrist to start T8. Eury Perez pops up a bunt for first out of inning. Danny Worth Ks. Alfredo Gonzalez's first plate appearance in game is also a K.

Feliz continues, gives up leadoff double in B8 to David Washington. Ks Dean Anna for first out. Aledmys Diaz GO for out #2 (Matt Duffy errant throw to 1B but AJ Reed managed to get the out). Luke Voit comes over from minor league camp for the Cards and hits a PH double off Feliz to score the run. Score tightens to 3-2 Astros. WP by Feliz sends Voit to 3rd. Final hitter Ks to end it.
