At least. They said the port butts up against residential areas, and buildings were severely damaged 6 miles away. Google Earth shows it very densely populated right outside the port. Lucky it was overnight, as many office buildings inside the port were blasted, but not likely occupied when the explosion blew.
Beyond whatever exploded, they had unknown but large quantities of sodium cyanide and toxic industrial solvents in the part that exploded. Those could be deadly depending of if the winds were onshore or offshore.
