I like this lineup
Great lineup on and off the field tonight. That's right, no Ashby.
Holy Moly, that guy is good,
which one? Altus moves to third on a groundout, or Correa cranks one?
Four former Greeneville players in the game today: Altuve, Correa, McCullers and DeShields.
McCullers may be eliminating Fiers first start with the Astros
I think they said Fields was up.
They did but the pen can't do 8
I'm kind of wishing VV was still in the bullpen.
Is it just me or does DeShields seem like an ass now that he is a Ranger?
Fiers sturring.
Shift works as Altuve catches Valbuena's HR.
Fiers in. Welcome to the Stros
Now that's an Oswald hammer!
Woof, Fiers has nothing. This is going to get real ugly.
Being at this game sucks. Fucking cocksuckers
"Going" to get ugly? You sir, have low standards of beauty.
top of the first you were probably feeling pretty good though.
Yeah about 5 minutes worth
Hang in there buddy. You have to suffer for all of us.
Yea, glad you weren't late.
And Hamels said he didn't want to pitch half his games at MMP?
Fuck Hamels and the rest of the Rangers.
So, does Kazmir pitch tomorrow?Sipp warming up.
likely a call up
who gets sent down?
Some unfortunate fellow with options
Could McCullers be hurt?
Come on, blue. Game ain't over. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
so is McCullers off the hook for the L?
Mini AA meeting happening right now at an undisclosed location in Austin. Zipp, myself, and the old man holding up the bar here.
We were just discussing who the world's greatest harpist is?
You know you're in Oklahoma when you see a hootered woman behind home plate with a PILF shirt on. whatever that means.
I was just wondering. Person?Hey, Nate, if you watch mlb.tv on a Roku there are no ads. The ads they put on mobile devices are fucking brutal.
I was just wondering. Person?
My guess is Player.
Perhaps that first inning for Fiers was his nervous inning. He looked pretty good that second inning...
Maybe that player's number is revealed on the back of her shirt. Either way, I don't think it's an article of apparel you're likely to find in the gift shop of the stadium.

Nice usage of the green light. Astros close the gap to a mere 4.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
12-9, that's 4? I'll never understand baseball.
So, what does the shoulder swipe thing Gomez does after a hit mean?
Straily called up to start tomorrow. McCullers sent to Fresno.
Man that bites for McCullers. Such a great season and have to go down after that start.[/quoteSeriously, do you not understand what is happening?
He has to stay down for 10 days correct? I would rather see how he responds in his next start, but not the end of the world.

Hinch said he wasn't going to pitch next time around in Oakland anyway, so it's not like this move is going to take away a start.
Now that I didn't know. My point was he had stew for at least 10 days after his worst start but I guess he would of had to anyways
It's interesting to think of the conversations they may have had with McCullers about going down.Scenario A: Lance, we're going to need you for the stretch run, and we've got to get you some rest. That means we may move you up and down a bit to keep the roster stocked. It has absolutely nothing to do with tonight, we all have our off-nights (except of course for Correa). We'll see you in 10 days.Scenario B: Son, you call that pitching. That was the worst performance I've seen yet from one of our starters. Down you go until you get your act together.Scenario C: It's got nothing to do with your pitching. That is the ugliest beard I've ever seen on a grown man. You shave and we'll think about bringing you back up.
I bet it was "C". McCullers was on a MLBnetwork show the other day with a couple of guys interviewing him sorta. It was really a lighthearted interview with one of the hosts a former Red Sox player that lives in Austin. His name escapes me but McCullers is a very engaging, funny guy and he talked like a ten year veteran. Said the team was very loose and got along well together.

The PILF mystery has been solved. The P stands for Pizza.http://bustedcoverage.com/2015/08/03/pilf-shirt-rangers-fan-cami-pizza/
I can honestly say I've never felt that way about a pizza.
Cane Rosso is pretty good.
