If someone had told me two weeks ago (the time when the starters were the problem and Hamels was a must) that McCullers and Velasquez would be legit (and potentially, top shelf) help, I'd have been real optimistic. Still should be really. But, of course, this lineup is full of holes and I don't really see many potential fixes. That's starting to wear away my optimism.
