I'm watching, as it's almost October baseball. Surprised to see them pull Shields, but I keep reading they have a great pen.  I feel guilty not rooting for the Royals, but I want the A's to win.

Well, on second thought, maybe that pitching change was a mistake.

I don't miss Lowrie's glove.

I only get to see Gordon sparingly, but I'm always surprised that he is so high on defensive WAR. He just doesn't look smooth.

Huge zone rating however they calculate that.

That's a crappy tag by Donaldson. Let the ball travel and drop. Little shit costs you.

Great late inning intrigue.  Makes me misty for the NL.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but the second wild card is winning me over.

I saw this dude on video pitching against the Hooks. Surprised he's on the mound in postseason.

Yeah, he did, but I'm not sure the A's would have hit anyone. They look tight.

I don't like the one and done scenario. This isn't football.

The upside is that is makes winning the division important.

What a great game for the KC fans.

Beane, when wondering why his teams struggle in the postseason, should contemplate defense.

Hard to believe Lowrie was not charged with an error.
