Simple. They've already used an option year on Santana.
I believe there ought to be a constitutional amendment outlawing AstroTurf and the designated hitter. I believe in the sweet spot, soft-core pornography, opening your presents Christmas morning rather than Christmas Eve and I believe in long, slow, deep, torture of Bud Selig.

Yeah. Last 10 games: .297/.366/.432 with 8 RBI and a HR (which came last night). Albeit with 11 K, giving him 127 in 104 AAA games this year.

No need to burn another 40-man spot on Tucker yet, either. I don't think he sees the majors until 2015 given the roster crunch they're about to face.
