Wrigley is a serious dump.   And the fans there are pretty obnoxious drunks.   I remember watching a game from the bleachers (I believe Wandy was pitching that day) and there always had to be some idiot who was obnoxious to the opposing team's fans.   I guess there were a few level-headed folk there that day, they were the ones NOT making an ass out of themselves.

In my opinion, Wrigley is worse. I went to Fenway last year. It's more open.

Since Henry et al took over the Red Sox in 2002 Fenway has steadily become a more pleasant place to take in a baseball game.  Back in the '90s, it was a dump equivalent to Wrigley.  However, the Cubs have done little to improve the amenities at Wrigley since then.

Been to a few ball parks ....I've flip flopped back and forth but I'd give Wrigley the edge over Fenway as the best ballpark in baseball.yeah they're old ...that's a plus in my book.....

I hate the Cubs but love that stadium.

Sat in the bleachers for a 4 game Astros series in August 2004. That was the series with about 15 beanballs. And we won it 3-1 to start our amazing run to the playoffs.

The bleachers are a cool place to watch a game if you're drinking like the rest of the slobs there.
