I thought that those people had died off years ago. I was a huge fan of Hammerin' Hank as a kid. He was the most efficient home run hitter I ever remember. His home runs often barely carried over the fence, but carry over the fence they did. Some of you may recall that a friend of my late grand father played baseball in the big leagues against Babe Ruth. He used to tell me about the prodigious shots that Ruth would hit that would clear the fence by a long ways. Henry Aaron is a classy man who deserves far better. May there one day be a softening of the heart of those whose hatred out of pure racism is eating them alive.
