Tigers started a bunch of non-starter kids (except for All-American Alex Bregman). However, the freshman starting pitcher, Poche', looked great. He sat between 88-91 with great command. However, his 12 to 6 hook was brutal. He was slated to go in the draft out of high school, but he is such an LSU guy that he told the scouts to not bother. He's got a chance to be special.
