Bagwell needs to sue about 50% of the BBWAA.

Problem is truth is a defense to defamation.  Not sure Bagwell wants to open that can of worms.

It took Pujols 2 months after Clark's original comments before he sued him. Could be he needed that time to make sure Clark had nothing substantial on him. Or maybe... maybe he's innocent. I mean, I guess this outcome proves it, right?

He said the next day that he was going to sue. I assume it takes some time to file the suit and all. Two months doesn't seem particularly suspicious to me, but perhaps it is.
The rules of distinction were thrown out with the baseball cap.  It does not lend itself to protocol.  It is found today on youth in homes, classrooms, even in fine restaurants.  Regardless of its other consequences, this is a breach against civility.  A civilized man should avoid this mania.

It's about as long as it took him to run out a homer, so it seems about right.
