This just in... Lucas Harrell sucks. I take back everything nice that I wrote about him last season. Noe, you were right.

It just gets harder and harder to envision any scenario in which Harrell is pitching for the Astros next year. Hell, even next week looks doubtful right about now.

I am sure he will bitch plenty to his next's teams reporters about how awful it was pitching for such a bad team, how they didn't understand him, or give him a fair chance, or some shit like that.

His good season last year carried over through Opening Day this year and for a few more dates. He has just completely fallen apart.

What happened?
He'd been calling absurd strikes all game on Astro hitters, then apparently Bo felt he was squeezing Bedard (I wasn't really watching at this point); made a really long mound visit with him, when Wendlestedt came up, Bo said maybe three words to him and was tossed. Ump kept walking away, ignoring Porter who was trying to get his money's worth before hitting the showers. Just wouldn't even acknowledge him at all, so another ump had to talk to Porter.

Next half inning, calls Dominguez out on a pitch ABOVE the letters.
