Hey, at least Castro won't lose the game on an error today.

As long as he makes them hit everything in the air, to CF or RF, he'll be okay.

HPU has a thimble zone thus far. Lyles ain't helping himself, and Elmore is not a SS.

I think that could be the final recap for this game.

PSA for those of you who haven't tuned in to this game yet: don't.

To Lyles' credit, he came back out for the 3rd. Probably not easy to show your face on the mound again after the beating he took in the 2nd.

Beatdowns can take you in either of two directions (and I've taken both): on the one hand, you're anxious to right the ship and get back out there.  Then, on the other hand, sometimes the "fuckits" take over, and you just beg out of another inning, saying something like it isn't my day.

First words I hear when I tuned in the game were Sparks saying, "no one feels worse than Elmore."

It's hard to soldier on when your SS blows a tailor-made 6-U-3 twin killing. However, Lyles demonstrated a lack of maturity by falling apart after the error, and this isn't the first time either.

I feel vindicated for skipping the game and spending the day at the office.  This looks abysmal.

Well they weren't going to beat King Felix anyway so they may as well get this shit out of their system.

When you tee one up that high it's hard not to take a swing.
