Jesus, I was in the kitchen working on dinner and came in to take a look at the basketball game when the Astros score scrolled across on the bottom of the screen. 8-0 in the top of the 1st? If they're not careful, they'll eclipse the Tigers' monumental 9-0 effort in the 1st against the Angels today.

Wow. Humber got the first guy to fly out, and after that it was single-single-double-double-walk-homer-double-single-double before he was pulled.

And that out was loud. Humber looked like he did last season--way too much plate with everything.

The Altuve doesn't give a fuck, leads off with a double.

I looked at the box score and saw 0-1 (with this explanation: " J. Altuve safe at first on left fielder M. Brantley's fielding error, J. Altuve to second").  I'm presuming that should have either been double or single and advanced on error?!?

Soba noodles (with julienned cukes, sliced scallions, and peanuts) with a spicy peanut sauce. More of a summer dish, but I had a craving.

A Cedeno RBI and a Barnes 2-run HR made it 14-3 end 2.  A Laird HR in B3 made it 15-4 with 1 out in B3.  Carter and Pena walked and advanced to 2B and 3B on a wild pitch.  Corporan (who I've no clue why he is batting 6th) K'd to get the 2nd out in B3, and Cedeno with a sharply hit grounder off the glove of a diving SS gets another 2RBI.

B3 (2 out, runner at 1B): CLE 15, HOU 6

Dominguez coming to the dish.

And Swisher with another run (and hit).  If he was going to 'have' to score, I'd've much preferred that it was because he'd been on via HBP...

Blackley's appearance in T4: Walk, 2B, 3-run HR (to 42 year old Jason Giambi no less, who was hitting .083 on the season until tonight...), ground out, walk, fly out, single, ground out (3 runs on 3 hits)...

M4: CLE 18, HOU 6

HAH! Cruz gets Swisher to strike out swinging (still'd rather seen him put Swisher on with an HBP to the ribs though... Don't like Nick even a tad...)... and... holds the Indians to only one run in T5!!!

Ringo Deathstarr blows, but the chick bass player is beautiful. Waiting for Bob Mould to start.
I'm in love with rock and roll and I'll be out all night.

He's playing as a trio, yeah? Look for Hopper, I'm sure he's there. He and Bob go way back.

The setlist from the Atlanta show looks awesome. Quite a load of Sugar to start things.
