In Oregon courts that is referred to as a 'sentencing'. I guess the Astros are referring to it as a 'contest' as to avoid potential 'cruel and unusual punishment' allegations in a Harris County court?!?

I still miss Orbit. Once when I had too much dome foam and began to rant I ran into Orbit and he remained cheerful and really listened. Even gave me a hug, which was rather brave under the circumstances. Its a shame that those yiffing photos that bastard Junction Jack acquired were used to blackmail Orbit and force him into retirement. It's funny but I think people are more tolerant now and Orbit might have held onto his job even if the images became public.
