He (Brydak) did do that. Different than what I've seen before. He never brought the hands together or had a leg lift. Just went straight from holding the ball behind his back into an abbreviated stride and pitched it. It wasn't to Carlos though. It is hard for me to imagine Carlos seriously riding him about it, but maybe he was.

I don't know about tequila shots, but Valverde has always impressed me with his somewhat zany persona, which closers must have.
