He clearly belongs in the eight right now. If he can demonstrate either a walkability or buntability, then move him. But as long as Schreefer is in the lineup, Lowrie should hit second.

He's never been very good at blocking pitches, IMO.  He throws OK, but he's not a great defensive catcher.

I don't recall my sentiments when we signed him, so I must have had no strong feeling about it one way or the other. But even if I supported the signing back then, that was then and this is now. He's either damaged goods or he's done. Either way, we don't need him.

I can't believe that I enjoyed those novels.  But I did.  They're fun.

Captain Corelli's Mandolin blows.  That was the first book I ever finished and promptly walked down the street and threw it in a dumpster.  Just an awful ending.
