Rainbow guts - My vote

I can only imagine how we would have responded when they rolled out the rainbow guts.

Original "Shooting Star" uniform please.

A return to original colors would be most welcome.

I agree. Let's demonstrate what a tradition-steeped franchise this is by returning to the original colors.

It would go a long way to proving to Houston Fans that the current regime cares for the tradition that was so easily dispatched before. The men in orange!

Ugh!  I'd rather move to the AL than have orange uniforms and especially white shoes.
The rules of distinction were thrown out with the baseball cap.  It does not lend itself to protocol.  It is found today on youth in homes, classrooms, even in fine restaurants.  Regardless of its other consequences, this is a breach against civility.  A civilized man should avoid this mania.

Not 100% orange - just orange trim and maybe orange caps. I'd love for the Astros to go back to an updated version of their old color scheme.

If the choices were dress like an asshole or move to the American League, I'd be fine with the Astros wearing red c's on blue hats.

The orange hats were not part of the original Astros uniform. They came up with those in what, '73? I strongly prefer the original uni, including the navy caps with the orange star, myself.

I think that the Colt 45's colors also were navy and orange.

Correct. The .45s and the original Astros color schemes were identical (and damn good looking, in my view). In the early '70s the scheme changed from predominantly navy with orange trim to predominantly orange with navy trim (a mistake in my opinion then and now). The logo and graphics stayed the same, only the color scheme was reversed.

Then came the rainbows, shoulder rain, blue & gold and brick and sand.

I, too, am of the opinion that they could do alot worse than going back to the original shooting star motif. Perhaps modernize it somehow.

If it's a graphic from a subscription place you frequent, they will only allow you to view it. It has to be a for public view graphic to link for everyone.

Yup. You get a standard graphic instead telling you that it's a private graphic you're not allowed to link to (for some reason).
