Astros at Brew Crew 7/29
« on: July 29, 2011, 06:58:26 pm »
Good Guys

Bourn
Altuve
Bourgeois
Pence
Lee
Sanchez
Barmes
Quintero
Lyles

Selig's Douches

Hart
Morgan
Braun
Fielder
Lopez
McGehee
Betancourt
Kottaras
Wolf

Don't know if I've seen discussion about it, but batting Bourgeois 3rd is pretty fucking sad for a once proud franchise.

Fun 1st inning yesterday with those three.  Might as well...

The Astros first four batters are all hitting .306 or better. So, that's something.

Hunter's OBP is skyrocketing!

Of course Atlanta apparently doesn't care.

I may be losing my mind but I'm starting to think that Carlos might have some value for an AL team next year. He has value this year but obviously I can't imagine anyone wants to pay him. Maybe next year.

There's always next year.

Sanchez is no third sacker in my judgment.

He made a couple of nice plays the other day, but no, he's no third baseman. Not even for the Astros.

Don't any AL teams need an obese DH that's great at rolling over on balls?
