Are you sure it wasn't Peter Ustinov? I thought I was the only person who remembered that movie. I saw it when it came out and thought it was hilarious. Of course, I was 9. It may stink like the Mexican Army now.

They should have given him the marijuana and the Play Station and waited about half an hour. They could have waltzed in and apprehended him with little or no commotion.
