I think that the umpire  is squeezing the pitchers a bit, but admittedly I am sympathetic to pitchers. You know, Carlos used to live right down the way from me but a year and a half ago or so he completed a house another two hours away. He doesn't even live off the main highway anymore, he lives off the road going to Chitré.

So in other words while I'd be happy to go have a chat with him over the ASB (assuming he's not al All Star) it will be more inconvenient than it might have been in years past.
