NHL: Chicago @ Detroit

I don't know if anybody else is watching this game, but it's a heckuva contest. 2-2 going into the final 3 minutes of the 3rd period.
I remember all the good times me 'n Miller enjoyed
Up and down the M1 in some luminous yo-yo toy
But the future has to change - and to change I've got to destroy
Oh look out Lennon here I come - land ahoy-hoy-hoy

Dammit, Jimmy.
I believe there ought to be a constitutional amendment outlawing AstroTurf and the designated hitter. I believe in the sweet spot, soft-core pornography, opening your presents Christmas morning rather than Christmas Eve and I believe in long, slow, deep, torture of Bud Selig.

Dammit, Jimmy.

Sure would've been nice to get at least a powerplay if not a penalty shot out of Holmstrom being dragged down from behind on a semi-breakaway.

But hey, the Wings get ALL the calls, right?

Those Sharks look awfully close in the rear-view mirror.
