H/T to Levine for compiling this... LINK

Nov. 6, 11 p.m.: Free agency free-for-all
Nov. 9-23: Award announcements
Dec. 2: Tender/non-tender date
Dec. 6-9: Winter Meetings
Dec. 9: Rule 5 draft
Jan. 5: Hall of Fame class announced (Jeff Bagwell's first ballot)
Jan. 5-15: Salary arbitration filing
Jan. 14: Houston Baseball Dinner, Hilton Americas
Feb. 1-21: Salary arbitration hearings
Feb. 16: Pitchers and catchers report
In the end, my dissolution with the game of baseball will not be a result of any loss of love for the game, rather from the realization that I can no longer bear the anger its supposed stewards cause to be built up in my soul. -Lee (01/08/2013)

That's the bright spot I'm looking forward to.
I'm in love with rock and roll and I'll be out all night.

]Tag's rundown of the offseason.

Regarding the "free agency free for all", McTgrt says "There is no free-agency filing period this year, because all players not signed by their team past 2010 automatically become free agents five days after the final game of the World Series."  I guess that's new this year?

Yeah, I saw that somewhere in the last couple months, they figured best to eliminate that formality.
