Yeah, State Farm got a new ad agency. AND THEY SUCK!
Everyone's talking, few of them know
The rest are pretending, they put on a show
And if there's a message I guess this is it

Wait a fucking second.

That ad is national?

You all have to watch that?

I assumed it was a local ad.   Why would anyone outside of NY care about Mo/Joe?

Anybody with a piece of the Yankees also own a piece of Taco Bell?

I'm sure when they did the media buy that they expected Girardi to take them to the Series and for Mo to close it out. Oops.

We don't. But fucking Madison Ave. thinks that we must, because they're from NY and all. And NYers wonder why everybody is tired of their shit.

Can I just say, because I remember feeling how you do now, that NO ONE in NYC wonders why anyone is tired of our shit.  It's that we don't care that you're tired of our shit.

somewhat different question, but anybody know what did girardi do to be the one that steinbrenner anointed to captain the starcruiser?  as opposed to mattingly, or brosius, or paul o'neill or any other recent yankee fan favorite

Taco Bell is using the same techniques I use on my 3 year old.  "Only a big girl can eat all of those carrots!". See also, "That's not a penut butter and jelly sandwich.  It's toast with penut butter and jelly on it, so we can eat it for breakfast."

What is wrong with PB& J for breakfast?  Great balance of protein and carbs.  Add some ice cold milk and they are good to go.

More importantly, why are people still excited about eating ninety nice cents worth of too much food to eat?   I don't even think you need a good handle on expenses and revenues to figure out that if it's 99 cents and fills up a trough, it's likely not good enough to feed to most barnyard animals.

I try to keep up, sorry.  Am I supposed to fear East Coast Jews, or East Coast people in general?  What about the Left Coast?  Houston is on the coast,  is there something I need to fear here?
Should I just forget about all that and buy beer?
