Wandy squeezed in a run!  And Astros just completed that strike 'em out-throw 'em out double play! Are you not entertained?

Nice catch by The Pride of Atlanta, Texas that robbed Carlos of that 2-run homer.

HPU has extended his strike zone to just above a worm's back.

HPU is really inconsistent, which was my biggest pet peeve. If ankles are a strike today, then it should be that way on every pitch. But when you get a HPU who is inconsistent from inninng to inning or even within the same inning (and sometimes the same hitter), it is unnerving. But you must pitch through it. However, it can be real hard to do that.

Pretty amazed that Wandy got out of that one with only 1 run scoring.  Tied up at 2 thru 6.

The waitress just sat down to take Jane Doe's food order. I am not making that up.

Was JD being difficult, or was the waitress simply being rude?

Incredible. The pitch didn't even get to the plate, and never looked like it might.

I know he says he's trying to rest folks in the pen, but the constant mid-inning switches he's been doing the last week or so are 'bout to drive me nuts...

I don't have a problem with him resting the bully, but Lindstrom has been brutal against righties almost all year. Hell, his BAA for everyone was .304 coming into tonight. Oh well, nothing hurt here.
