Pittsburghghg vs Houston 7/8/10
« on: July 08, 2010, 01:47:14 pm »
Apparently Puma went yard for the third straight game.

1-0, Astros.  Bottom 3rd, Bourn on first.

Not going to copy the lineups, but the 1-5 hitters look the same, Castro hitting 6th, then CJ and Sanchez.

Crybaby on the bump.
Don't think twice, it's alright.

Teams that are considering trading for Puma should check their second-half schedules to see how often they visit MMPUS.

Or how often they play the Pirates.

From ESPN's game recap:

Game notes
Play was halted briefly when a male fan ran onto the field in the bottom of the eighth inning. He ran around toward center field for a few seconds before four security guards and a police officer reached him. He quickly went to the ground as the police officer approached and was handcuffed and led off the field. Berkman, who singled just before the incident, chuckled as he was led away. ...

Little did the fan know that by delaying the game, he unwittingly provided Berkman with a chance to scarf down eight extra fistfulls of sunflower seeds.

I still like Lance and hope he retires as an Astro.  Oswalt…don't really care.  His pissy attitude has burnt down some bridges.
