It's that pesky 8 games out in the wild card with 39 to play that is the problem.

That's the big question.

Kubiak was not going to be fired last season.  Poor comparison.
You may ask yourself, "How do I work this?"

But he should have been.
The rules of distinction were thrown out with the baseball cap.  It does not lend itself to protocol.  It is found today on youth in homes, classrooms, even in fine restaurants.  Regardless of its other consequences, this is a breach against civility.  A civilized man should avoid this mania.

So, my dad did two tours in Viet Nam in '67 and '68.  He said there were (of course) many man-made hazards as well as a significant number of natural ones.  One of the hazards of walking point was a vine with thin green tendrils, triangular leaves and 3" razor-sharp hooked and barbed thorns.  The vine was "designed" ostensibly so that it would hook into your flesh, part would rip off, that part would then get pulled out by the injure-ee and dropped so that it could sprout anew where it was dropped.  Because of this plants ability to pierce through cammo and hook into the skin, they called this the "wait a second" vine.
Another trenchant comment by a jealous lesser intellect.

The BBGs are fully aware of how painfully mediocre this team is.

The BBG's quit screwing with the Astros the minute Cooper was hired.
Unga bungaed by the BBGs.

Didn't like being one-upped.
