Same in Austin.

Kind of bad luck for Paulino on those two doubles, but there was nothing cheap about Helton's homer.

Felipe starting to serve up a bit of BP now.  Rockies 2nd homer of the game makes it 4-0 with 1 out in the bottom of the 4th.

El Caballo! Probably not a homerun, but pretty nice nonetheless.

Wound up saving a run. But it doesn't look to me like the Astros have 4 runs in them tonight anyway.

You'd think if they could just put a bat on a ball here they'd stand a good chance of it flying out, as hard as he's throwing.

Paulino drove me crazy tonight. No fucking command. How many hitters with 3 balls? God that was awful.

After serving that meatball up to Helton and having a couple more hit deep it looked like Paulino was afraid of getting too close to the plate.

Just when I was hopeful Byrdak'd get 'em out of that one...  Damn.

The grand salami makes it 9-0 bad guys in the bottom of the 5th.

Have not seen much of the game, but when I turned it on, JD was acting like Paulino was really getting squeezed.  For those that have been watching most of the game, is this true?

I don't know if he was getting squeezed, but the strike zone was not in his favor. High strikes are getting called (there was a semi-ridiculous one against Kaz), low outside corner is not getting called (those are ones that JD was questioning). Inside corner is getting called, if you can get it there.

Paulino didn't have his good stuff and he was consistently off the plate, trying to be too fine. When he put it over the plate it didn't have much movement and got hit. Kinda like what the fucking hell is going on right now.

Guess the run rule takes effect at 12, not 10...

Bottom 6, 11-0...

One of the nicest nights to sit outside at the ballpark though.  Can't beat the night we had here in Denver.  We'll get them tomorrow night though.  Supposed to be a little cooler.
