So I've paid my money, but am totally shit out of luck for Astros games...no audio, no video, no nothing.

ARGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!
The rules of distinction were thrown out with the baseball cap.  It does not lend itself to protocol.  It is found today on youth in homes, classrooms, even in fine restaurants.  Regardless of its other consequences, this is a breach against civility.  A civilized man should avoid this mania.

Gameday Audio is not blackout restricted.
I believe there ought to be a constitutional amendment outlawing AstroTurf and the designated hitter. I believe in the sweet spot, soft-core pornography, opening your presents Christmas morning rather than Christmas Eve and I believe in long, slow, deep, torture of Bud Selig.

Gameday Audio is not blackout restricted.

It is on my account.  I get a message that says "All live games on Gameday Audio are subject to blackout restrictions.  We are having trouble verifying your current location.  Your current location is used to determine whether you will be able to listen to this game."

MOTHERFUCKER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Strange... I've had it for years, on a Houston area code and ISP, an have never once had a problem accessing an Astros game (including right now).

I'm 600 FUCKING miles from Houston, but I'm blacked out.  From the FUCKING RADIO.

ARGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

I went through this with the video portion a couple of years ago- after I paid they let me know that I couldn't get the game. And no refund.

But, you shouldn't be blacked on audio.
Oye. Vamos, vamos.

I saw a question in their support forum on this - I think it checks where you are for blackout, but no place is blacked out. If you don't have the right info setup though, you fail this check. I'd just call them.

I don't think audio is ever blacked out. I'm close to being sure of it.

My info is correct.  I put in my zip code and it says audio for all Rangers and Astros games are blacked out in my zip code.  I have a called customer service with MLB.com and they are to get back to me.

Perusing the support boards convinced me that gameday audio is a terrific clusterfuck right now.

Cecil Cooper wouldn't be listed as the manager of that as well, would he?

I'm blacked out from the KTRH MLB.com feed, can only get the Pirates broadcast.

This was happening last week on another game, where only one of the teams brodcast was available.  Might be a glitch.  Wish this game was a glitch.

In the center of the Flash broadcast is a little widget.  Select it and it will ask you to choose either the home or away broadcast by way of the station call letters.  Home broadcast are always put as the default, hence why you're seeing the Pirate broadcast, even if you selected "KTRH" in the list on the website.  Remember, the web is one thing, Flash is another thing altogether.  Use Flash as much as possible to make your selection.
