Jim Leyritz back in jail after violating his bail terms by drinking alcohol, while awaiting his trial for killing a woman while he was driving drunk.

Wasn't the woman who died drunker than Leyritz?  I seem to recall both of them being schnockered, and the police not being able to tell which one actually caused the accident.

The rules of distinction were thrown out with the baseball cap.  It does not lend itself to protocol.  It is found today on youth in homes, classrooms, even in fine restaurants.  Regardless of its other consequences, this is a breach against civility.  A civilized man should avoid this mania.

I don't recall the details, but that would explain why it's going to trial.

He's still still a dick.

Jeezus what a sad, pathetic man. His story just keeps getting worse. I hope he can get his life back together and free himself from his addiction.
