So, funny what you find when you randomly look at old threads.

But, and interesting update to Matt FUCKING Bush...

Bush has spent the last three years in a Florida prison, and was released in October.  Naturally, he was immediately signed by the Rangers, as he still throws 100 mph.  He had a great Spring, and is starting the season at AA Frisco.  The Rangers fully expect him to be in their pen by June. 

If this happens, I'm pretty sure he'll be the first former #1 pick, who never played an inning above AA and subsequently spent his prime in prison,  to make the Big Leagues.

The rules of distinction were thrown out with the baseball cap.  It does not lend itself to protocol.  It is found today on youth in homes, classrooms, even in fine restaurants.  Regardless of its other consequences, this is a breach against civility.  A civilized man should avoid this mania.

Not to mention he was originally drafted as a SS.

I wonder if some of Matt's new buddies from prison helped him discover a means of throwing 100 mph.

Bush made his Major League debut last night, pitching one scoreless inning...12 years after he was the first overall draft pick as a SS.
