takes you to:

http://newyork.mets.mlb.com/nym/fan_forum/singalong_vote_form.jsp

The vote is for what song to play for Shea's last season during the 8th inning. Looks like a lot of people have been writing in Rick Astley's, "Never Gonna Give You Up," effectively RickRolling the entire Met fanbase.

In case you haven't heard of it:

Wow.  That was so unbelievably painful.  I feel like I just took an ass whooping from a gang initiation.  Me thinks that the dance routine of the singer sums up how 90% of us white boys dance when we're at a club.  I will never dance again.  Damn you otter!!

Yeah, it's pretty much a cringe-inducing, gawd-awful piece of video history that has seemed to of infected much of teh internets.

So Up Too Late is never going to dance again....

That's because guilty feet have got no rhythm.

I've always liked Nick Lowe's song "All Men A Liars" and it's reference to that Rick Astley song. It starts with the chorus, then in the first verse, Nick sings how Rick Astley's big fat hit was ghastly.
Everyone's talking, few of them know
The rest are pretending, they put on a show
And if there's a message I guess this is it
Truth isn't easy, the easy part's shit

Crappy video quality, but pretty good: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qzvDpFC6NDU

I would if I had an iPod.  It's in C:\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents\My Music\80's.
