Skipped one down the left field line that bounced into the corner.  He was looking 3 all the way.  He slid in with room to spare.  Then scored on a shallow fly to center.  Just got his hand in under the tag.

The announcers were praising his "great" slide into home.  I was pleasantly surprised.
You may ask yourself, "How do I work this?"

Berkman leaves it all on the field in Kissimmee.  Always has.
I believe there ought to be a constitutional amendment outlawing AstroTurf and the designated hitter. I believe in the sweet spot, soft-core pornography, opening your presents Christmas morning rather than Christmas Eve and I believe in long, slow, deep, torture of Bud Selig.

Thought I heard them say he had a great catch by/in the stands early in the game as well.
In the end, my dissolution with the game of baseball will not be a result of any loss of love for the game, rather from the realization that I can no longer bear the anger its supposed stewards cause to be built up in my soul. -Lee (01/08/2013)

Not how I heard it.  DoRay said that Berkman came around the side, jammed his knee under and stuck his hand in.  DoRay paused to make sure that Berkman wasn't limping when he got up.

You were listening more closely than I, no doubt.  All I remember is the initial exclamation "great slide!".

That was Milo.  He was in midseason form today.  Described an Oswalt curve off the corner this way, "ohhhh".   The first pitch to the next batter was dead air for about 10 seconds, you could hear the crowd, then Milo says "was that the phone?"  and then says, "oh and one".
