Burke mystifies me. How he can utter, "I like to think I've shown some things in my first three years to prove that I can play" in a public forum is amazing. He's been handed a bunch of different jobs in his 3 years (reserve/bench player, starting CF, he has been remarkebly consistant and has largely failed in each. Why would anyone assume that if handed the full-time 2B job, he's going to miraculously do anything different?
