I'd guess they're probably American journalism grads that landed a gig doing this. I suspect they're in the ballpark, since you can occasionally hear game sounds behind them, and it's not on top of the video.

It's really hard to tell just watching youtube video. I'd say it looks like A ball from a quick glance.
