That 20-second pitch clock used in the AFL this past fall? Apparently it's coming to AA and AAA this season.

You are absolutely right. Fielders can go to sleep out in the field when the pitcher slows down between pitches. The fast worker has a far better chance of keeping the fielders in the game.

So how is this clock going to work when batters are out of the box tying their shoes, adjusting their gloves, and scratching their balls?
