Regardless of the information contained within it, the platform sucks.  I don't know a damn thing about how to efficiently construct webpages but this is not it.  Pages take abnormally long to load because they attach 50 pictures to every sports article.  It also makes access on a phone virtually unavailable.

In an industry moving towards e-media, there is a lot of dick stomping going on...

There are actually two separate platforms, Chron.com and houstonchronicle.com.  Chron.com is the worst newspaper site on the internet, populated by trash.  Houstonchronicle.com is quite good, but for some reason it's very hard to get to.
