Your lineups for tonight's game:

DHAlex Presley (L)

Whew.  Glad the move was made to replace the platoon with a full time Grossman in LF.  I mean, Presley's defense has been killing the team...all zero of his errors.

I understand the options are limited - it's just frustrating.

Nice start. The Astros put up two in their half of the first.
Everyone's talking, few of them know
The rest are pretending, they put on a show
And if there's a message I guess this is it

Odder is the decision (maybe necessity, I don't know) to bat Presley as a DH.

Looking good: Springer doubles off the center field wall knocking in two and Fowler immediately brings him in. 5-0.

It sounds like a cannon going off when Springer connects.  Damn it is fun to have a real power bat in the lineup again.

Kansas City doesn't seem to have a Spanish radio feed.

Wrong. Not funny. There aren't that many I would trade them for. I had to listen to the Mariners crew yesterday. Not even close.

Now an English television feed, on the other hand, that would be true.  But I like the Astros radio feed.

Imagine how it'll be when Singleton is up too.

He should be called up soon.  For a guy that's supposed to be a piece for a significant length of time, my preference would be to insert him in the lineup when the team has a modicum of momentum, rather than have the guy be brought up in the doldrums and feel the added perceived pressure of revivifying a slumping squad

There's not a Spanish language television broadcast from down below Laredo where I could pick up the broadcast and listen to the radio, is there?  Sort of like those mythic border radio stations from the early 60s?

Actually, Castro hit into a 1-4-6-3 double play.  It would have been a single up the middle had the pitcher not deflected it right to the second baseman.

Just didn't want the folks not watching to think Castro just rolled over on one.  He actually hit it pretty sharp right back up the middle, but right off the pitcher's glove.
