Insect Problems
« on: August 31, 2013, 02:19:44 pm »
So a few weeks ago, the A/C at the ranch went out.  Ants shorted out the contact switch.  I got up here last night, and the DirecTV is out.  A giant banana spider has built a web across the dish.  I sweep it off, and everything is cool.  Today, that little fucker has built the web back.  Normally, I like having the banana spiders around, but this little bastard is pissing me off.

I sure wish it would rain.
The rules of distinction were thrown out with the baseball cap.  It does not lend itself to protocol.  It is found today on youth in homes, classrooms, even in fine restaurants.  Regardless of its other consequences, this is a breach against civility.  A civilized man should avoid this mania.

Had the ants in the AC issue when we lived in Alabama.  Sprinkle Comet around the unit.  Ants won't cross it.  That is what the AC guy did and it worked better than any bug killer.
Always ready to go to a game.

Feed the spider lettuce.

The only reasons for satellite TV to go out:

1.  Improper installation
2.  Trees, houses, etc. blocking view
3.  Banana spiders

Got it.

I can try and channel Alkie, but I suffer from low alcohol tolerance level.

I already answered that question.  Feed it lettuce.

Lettuce will attract the bugs that the spiderturtle wants to eat.  It's really not that complicated, people.
You may ask yourself, "How do I work this?"
