Astros MiLBers on the lists (A through Triple-A) are as follows:

2011 Class A Best Tools (LINK) (Astros MiLBers mentioned twice):

Best Strike Zone Judgment (CAL): Kody Hinze, Lancaster;
Best Power Prospect (FSL): Jonathan Singleton, Clearwater;
None for the SAL (Harper, Taillon, Felix Sanchez, and Edwar Cabrera pretty much cleaned up in the SAL 'best tools');

2011 Double-A Best Tools (LINK)(Astros MiLBers mentioned once):

Best Changeup (TX): Dallas Keuchel, Corpus Christi
