Sitting at Gingerman in Austin drinking a Cask Conditioned DR11. Pretty damn tasty.

Screw both you guys.  I asked about it the other day and the lady laughed in my face and said "yeah, sure...we just happen to have some saved just for you".
The rules of distinction were thrown out with the baseball cap.  It does not lend itself to protocol.  It is found today on youth in homes, classrooms, even in fine restaurants.  Regardless of its other consequences, this is a breach against civility.  A civilized man should avoid this mania.

I got some serious 3rd hand info that G-man had a cask. After some investigation, I ran a quick mid-afternoon errand with the old man.

I wiash I had read this earlier.  I was working from home and could have made it downtown.  Pinche la mala suerte.

after Mark and i got back from our errand, i emailed my wife about how good the beer was (she loves her some IPA). she sent me the following reply:

i do not want to diet
i do not want to exercise.
i want to drink that beer.

so, when she got off work, we walked back to GMan.

Serious comment alert:

I think it's beyond awesome that you guys can run out and grab a beer in the afternoon together.
I believe there ought to be a constitutional amendment outlawing AstroTurf and the designated hitter. I believe in the sweet spot, soft-core pornography, opening your presents Christmas morning rather than Christmas Eve and I believe in long, slow, deep, torture of Bud Selig.

It's mostly my willingness to lie to my coworkers that makes it happen.

the ~10% ABV in the 11 certainly doesn't make me like it any less
