Bud unscathed through one courtesy of a play at the plate and a nice K of the big vegetarian.

I think Fielder should have been suspended for AT LEAST the amount of time the average person would have needed to bail him/herself out of jail after being arrested for disturbing the peace that way. They should have hauled his fat ass off to jail in the first place.

Wasn't it 5th of August last year when he roughed his team mate up?

I'm not sure I heard this correctly because I just caught the tail end as I was tuning in the game, but I think DoRay said that at last night's gala somebody paid $9000 for hitting lessons from Hunter Pence.

Did anyone ever find out what it was about?  I just assumed Manny had a cheeseburger hidden in his uni...

My guess too, good win though. That should help throw a little more fuel on that party's fire, as if it needed any additional fuel.

Bazardo up. Paulino down.

So that means Bazardo is up for good this season, right? It's the right move. Look forward to seeing him.

So bring him up and stuff him in the pen.  Hawkins is due off the DL next week.  Kata or Wright or.... down after that?

No, you are right. I guess I was thinking that he deserved to be up. I hope he gets a spot start and can earn Hampton's spot. Normally I'd take Bazardo over Kata or Wright any day, but there is always the fear that Coop will Paulino him. In which case he's better off in RR.
